Circuits usually issue tickets a month before the race, and can be as far out as 10 days to a week before the race!

If an event is postponed the tickets are valid for the new date. In the event that a race is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

All grand prix days are covered! If it is a 4 day pass, you have a thursday pit walk included along with the entire weekend. A 3-day pass gives you access starting with Practice 1 all the way to the Grand Prix!

Are the seats next to each other? Unfortunately the circuits decide ticket allocations and you will be unable to choose the exact seat, but we will try our best to place you in the best location available to us!

If your ticket includes access to additional restricted access activities, we will transfer/upload the additional tickets to those activities.

? If it is a mobile ticket, you will have the ability to transfer the tickets. Once the transfer is successful, you will be unable to access the ticket that was transferred. If it is an e-ticket/pdf, you can forward that ticket to a new user.

Confirmed orders cannot be modified. You can place additional orders and we will do our best to allocate those seats near or close to your previous order.

Yes, if you make a large purchase we will do our best to have them together. Traditionally seats will be given in a row or in a stacked seating format (Piggy-back seating, example: Row 1 seats 1-4 and Row 2 seats 1-4).

This varies by circuit, some circuits require you to purchase a child ticket, while others require a standard ticket. Please reach out to customer service to arrange the proper seating if and when available.

For e-tickets you can print them once you downloaded them. Mobile tickets can only be viewed from a specific app.
